just a couple of pictures of the food we have been eating lately...ever since i found the how to make bruschetta recipe on youtube, me and simon have been eating this on a weekly basis. This is just soooo simple and soooo damn yummy we cant get enough of it. Cynthia and Julian also enjoyed our bruschetta's when they came over last week... :o)

simon's lunch the other day - a greasy fry up! anyone for a bacon & egg sandwich with onions?
i opted out of the greasy fry up and finished off the pumpkin soup with garlic bread ( i told ya i can't get enough of that garlic bread spread...just comes in handy!)
