apparently, cult status in perth were having a sale on 2006 balenciaga's.
so being the bag whore that i am, i dragged simon down to the city to have a looky at the bags on sale. just a look. a harmless peak, you know right?
i told myself, i dont need another bag, i NEED a new front loader washing machine. mmm sure... whatever... as soon as i stepped into the store, i made a bee line for the balenciaga section, checking out the styles and colours. at first look the colours were ...bleh...nothing very impressive. current season stuff is :o(. but then i enquired about the sale stuff (30%OFF!!) and what stuff was left. the sales lady brought out the twiggy in emerald...MMMMMM ... the green is something i have been eyeing for a while.
so after a lot of ummming... and ahhhing... and thinking ...shifting money around in my head, .....counting my next pay and when the next credit card bill came.... looking in the mirror... posing with the bag...... prioritising bills, payments and essentials that need to be covered... i became weak. very pathetically weak. i ended up buying the emerald twiggy. GAHHH..... yes i can hear my friends laughing/screaming at me from across the world ... saying OH MY F****** GOD KL*R* ...another bag?
sigh yes....i went home with a new bundle of joy and even simon agreed with me in the end. the green is nice and grows on you :o). so here is the new addition to the family.

in the end i figured, i have worked DAMN hard these last few months.
this is a little/big reward for all the hard work

ps: i have taken piccies of all my bags and accessories for insurance purposes.

its seriously scarey shit. especially when the kids reports aint GOOD!

oh my god that is so unfair I am the one that told you about the sale!!!!!! I thought that the discount was non-transferable? how'd you get the discount? Did you see the "work" in rose pink? Enjoy your new bag

the work in rose pink is still available. i did see it, it is gorgeous but its a HUGE bag. the sale stuff was for everyone, but cult status doesnt exactly let everyone know its on sale. i think its for their regulars. :o)
