i am so FUC**NG tired : part deux

its 12:08 am ....

i have just finished writing report comments for the night.

now i know why people say teaching is a REALLY BADLY paid job.

the amount of work you put into it, it really becomes a selfless job.

even the kids pity you for the amount of work that you do...

"wow.... do you really do that much work every day? ... i dont want to be a teacher, they work too hard" ... jesus these kids are smart.

anyways... its now 12:12am.... and i still have these tasks to do...

1. prepare lessons for tomorrow... (tempted to wing it on the way to work~ or in normal speak bluff your way through the whole day!!)

2. marking - so NOT going to happen

3. prepare honour certificates for friday assembley - definitely NOT going to happen.

why being a teacher sucks:

- kids swearing behind your back - tick

- number of students who hates me - hrm.... tick tick tick.... i have quite a few enemies!

- kids who still hate you - even though you are doing YOUR best to help them ... ARGH!!!

for fuck sakes this annoys me..... ( i love my blog, its therapeutic)

- kids who will do anything to avoid WORK ( for fuck sakes get on with it, its like drawing blood from stone!)

as you can tell im just very tired, frustrated and sleepy. please bear with me, while i whinge and bitch the last weeks of my teaching contract.

i am soooo tired....

i am absolutely knackered... reports are due next friday, and i have been working my pretty lil ass to the bone. my body is on "survival mode" ...and i organise things on a day to day basis... i cant even think beyond the next 24 hours.

i am so tired i cant even watch tv without falling asleep. sitting on the sofa (relaxing) = nana nap time. i even went to spiderman 3 & pirates of the caribbean 3 (on separate days) and i managed to fall asleep for at least 45 minutes of each movie (and yes i did fall asleep in the cinemas) . it is no wonder teachers get the 2 week breaks every 10 wks of school or so. they so deserve it.

im going to hang in there ... for the next week or so... please bear with me while i get my shit sorted... i know i owe money to people.. (sowee) ill organise that after next friday.

when LV goes ghetto....

anyone who really knows me, knows that im label whore and a bag slut. i try to explain/justify my adddictions by saying that they are quality investments (did i just hear you cough?) :oP

but i must admit - i have improved lately and curbed my bag/label addiction significantly. i am now a tar-jay (target), kmart, big w and valley girl mall rat. (how the mighty have fallen .... :oP. ) at least my husband is happy about that.. and i know how wasteful it is to spend so much money on designer stuff. and yes there is more to life then designer stuff.... i cant even use half my handbags at school - can you imagine the comments i'll get from the parents? or other teachers?

im shocking, absolutely shocking... i have a mountain of "marking" to do but i SOOO cant be ar*ed.

i do miss having the weekends to do sweet fuc* all ... and be a woman of liesure. but thats the price you pay for being a teacher. any volunteers to help me mark? i'll give you a hot chocolate and tim tams?

so... while i waste a little bit of time... i decided to drop into one of my FAVOURITE websites. www.chrischun.com.
i just love the way he paints, and his main subject matter is FOOD! (no wonder he's my fav contemporary artist). Like everything else, i tell myself... one day klar... you will own a couple of his paintings :o). but till that day, i cant wait...i really do love his stuff....

my obsession with food recently has me looking like one of the above recently.

Lucky for me, darling husband has decided we buy an "ab king pro".

so we do our daily 3 minutes of stomach crunches, power sit ups and etc etc etc ....

in the vain hope we can turn our flabby spare tyres into ... wash board abs? six packs? hehehe i think not. i dont think i will go that far, but i wouldnt mind being able to fit into my pants again. ARGH this weight gain is pissing me off... i cant be fucked shopping for pants in size XX ... its too depressing.
